Cancellation policy

Weekly delivery subscriptions may be skipped, modified, or canceled anytime before Sunday at midnight prior to the upcoming Thursday delivery. Once weekly orders are processed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to our fresh weekly production schedule.

Hands-on class deposits are non-refundable. If a student cancels 4 or more calendar days before the class date, their deposit may be applied to one (1) rescheduled class within one year. Cancellations within 4 days of the class date, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduled classes are one-time only. If a class is canceled by the instructor, deposits will be refunded.
